Makes 6 cups ( 1 1/2 recipe = 40 oz box of Bisquick)
4 cups ( 1# ) plain flour 1/2 cup dry milk powder
2 T Baking powder 1 teaspoon salt
1 cup shortening
In large bowl blend until mixture is crumbly. Note: Store in airtight container. Storage time 6 weeks on shelf to 1 year in refrigerator. Use just like Bisquick.
