1 - 12 oz grated sharp cheddar cheese           1 medium size jar of pimentos

Miracle Whip Salad Dressing                        salt and pepper to taste

Chop the pimentos in the food processor.  Mix in a large bowl.  Add enough salad dressing to make the cheese and pimentos into a spreading consistency.
