2 cups self rising flour     2 sticks of butter            



1 cup chopped nuts



Mix together and spread in 9x12 inch baking dish.  Bake at 350 for 15 -20 minutes



until lightly browned.  Cool completely!



 



                   2nd layer



1 - 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese                 2 1/2 cups confectioners sugar



1 - 8 oz. carton whipped topping



Mix well and spread on the crust.  Refrigerate.



 



                   3rd layer



4 cups fresh sliced peaches



place evenly over second layer.



 



                   4th layer (glaze)



1 cup sugar                     4 Tablespoons peach Jello



1 cup water                     4 Tablespoons flour



 



Mix sugar, flour and Jello well:  Stir in water.  Cook over medium heat until thick and clear; coo completely.  Pour over peaches and refrigerate.



Flavor is better if allowed to set overnight.
