Mix all ingredients and store in an airtight container.
Greek Seasoning Blend#2
2 t salt 2 t dried oregano 1 1/2 t onion powder 1 1/2 t garlic powder 1 t cornstarch 1 t pepper 1 t beef-flavored bouillon granules 1 t dried parsley flakes 1/2 t ground cinnamon 1/2 t ground nutmeg Combine all ingredients; store in an airtight container. Serve with steaks, pork chops, chicken, or fish. Yield: 1/4 cup.
Greek Seasoning Mix#3 4 TBS. Oregano 6 tsp. fennel seeds 6 tsp. dried lemon grass 3/4 tsp. black pepper Grind herbs to a fine powder, bottle, and label. The above amounts make up about 1/2 cup. Use within 6 months for best flavor release.
