Bread Crumb Mix: 2 cups Dry bread crumbs (tear sliced bread in pieces and toast in oven) Run this through your food processor to get crumbs Next Mix in to crumbs
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. Parsley
1 tbls. Parmesan cheese
1/8 cup melted butter (drizzle over mixture, and mix in)
Bake 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees till toasted be sure to stir and keep watch so it doesn't burn ...cool...if you want a smoother mix run it through the processor after it has thoroughly cooled...bag Note: I usually 4 times this recipe.
Idea #2:
2 cups dry GF bread crumbs
mix in 1/4 tsp. Garlic
1/2 tsp basil
1 tsp. Oregano
1/8 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp parsley
1 tbls. parmesan cheese
Mix well, drizzle with 1/8 cup melted butter and mix in, Bake 15-20 min at 350 degrees till toasted keep stirring...cool again run back through if you want a smoother mix...bag and enjoy.

2 cups dry GF bread crumbs 1/4 tsp. garlic 1/2 basil 1 tsp. oregano 1/8 tsp onion powder 1 tsp. parsley Mixed it all and bagged it!! Or 2 cups dryed processed bread crumbs 1 tsp. italian seasoning mix 1 tsp parsley Mixed and bagged...good shelf life.
