Gingerbread Pancakes/waffles: Lovin Life Gluten Free
1 cup brown rice flour 1 Tbls. sugar 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt dash ground cloves 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg 1 tsp ground ginger 1/2 tsp baking soda 2 Tbls molasses 1 Tbls vegetable oil 1 cup buttermilk 1 egg, lightly beaten
In bowl combine dry ingredients, set aside. Mix together wet ingredients. Whisk dry and wet together. Lightly grease griddle over medium-low heat and cook pancakes about 3 minutes each side. Makes 6 medium pancakes.
