Removing the fishy taste from fish


Just a suggestion when baking or broiling fish - If you cut a banana in half and lay it on top of the fish filet, it will absorb most of the "fishy taste". Very useful when cooking a strong flavored fish, or for a "picky eater" who doesn't like fish. The banana on top of a mild fish like cod leaves no "fishy taste".
